Midnight Heist

Courtyard · Sunday, October 18

The camera's own recording, cut and captioned. Running time 0:49. The Observer's captions are read aloud by a synthetic voice.

The story

At two forty-three in the morning, an opossum named Sir Percy finally made his appearance. The usually grumpy fellow wandered into the courtyard from the background and made his way straight to the sweet leftovers. He settled in at the eye-level feeding spot and began munching on the discarded apple pieces.
